With a decade of teaching experience and training from two of London's most prestigious conservatoires, I am dedicated to sharing my passion for music with students of all ages and abilities. My approach is rooted in the belief that music should be joyful, expressive, and accessible to everyone.
Whether you're a complete beginner curious about learning an instrument, an intermediate student preparing for examinations, or an advanced player seeking to refine your artistry, I provide a supportive, encouraging environment where you can flourish musically.
I offer flexible lesson locations across Greater London, including studio lessons in E3, home visits, or online tuition via video call. All lessons are tailored to your individual goals, learning style, and musical interests.
I maintain an active performance career, having performed with ensembles including the Brandenburg Soloists and London Handel Orchestra, bringing real-world musical experience into every lesson.
Absolutely not! I teach students of all ages, from young children to adults in their retirement. It's never too late to discover the joy of making music. Adult beginners often progress wonderfully because of their motivation and dedication.
For piano, you'll need access to a keyboard or piano at home for practice between lessons. For flute, I can advise on renting or purchasing an instrument suitable for your level. You don't need to own an instrument before your first lessonβwe can discuss options together.
Everyone progresses at their own pace, and that's perfectly fine! Regular practice, consistent lessons, and genuine enjoyment of the process are the keys to steady improvement. Most students see noticeable progress within a few months, but the journey itself is what matters most.
Absolutely! While I ensure you build proper technique and foundational skills, I love incorporating music that excites and motivates you. Whether it's classical, folk, film music, or other genres, we'll find repertoire that makes you want to practice.
You can cancel lessons up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund or credit. Lessons can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us both flexibility while respecting each other's time.
I offer three options: studio lessons at my teaching space in E3 London, home visits anywhere across Greater London, or online lessons via video call. We can discuss which option works best for you.
